I recently wrote a negative review of Sport Clips on Teasley in Denton, Texas due to the haircut I received and said I would not return to Sport Clips. A few days later the owner emailed me and apologized for the mistake and offered me 2 free haircuts. The owner did the right thing and I do appreciate her contact and offer. Because of this I will return to Sport Clips and continue to receive my haircuts there. I now believe the stylist simply made a mistake, which I do often.

I had asked for an undercut but got some odd triangle not how I asked and now have weird cut hair around it but they won't fix it. My daughter also asked for a shorter type cut longer than a pixie which is still longer than shoulder length but I was getting my hair cut at the same time so I couldn't weigh in. I regret my generous tips. Never again will I go to this location since I paid over $80 that day

checked in online for 9:20am. Got there at 9:15 and signed in. Even though my name was 1st on the board the sole stylist working there took care of 2 walkins in front of me. TV was blaring so loud I had a headache in 5 minutes. Got attitude from the stylist when I asked for it to be turned down. After an hour, and the stylist still working on the walkins she took in front of me, I get a text saying I haven't checked in and have to go to the back of the line. Walked 4 doors down to Great Clips, where they had 3 stylists on duty, got taken care of immediately. You guys just lost a customer.
